The Directorate of Economic Development and Regional Policy of the Mykolaiv Oblast State Administration is a structural subdivision of the regional state administration, which is accountable to the Head of the Regional State Administration, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

The Directorate is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, instructions of the chairman of the regional state administration, decisions of local self-government bodies, as well as the Regulation.
